Who we are
Doughmingo Panadería gets its name from our beginning–we only used to bake on Sundays. As our craft improved, and word of mouth spread, we decided to start selling instead of making for friends and family.
Our baking is simple–that’s it.
Our recipes are leavened by sourdough starter–a form of yeast that’s unique to the region where it is cultivated. Sourdough starter takes time to get working properly–so our baked goods take time from order to delivery.
You won’t find any lard, food colorings, or unnatural preservatives in our dough. Salt, water, yeast, and flour are the foundation from which each dough is customized and mixed.
Our mission is to modernize Mexican baking with sourdough starter, inspired flavor, unique recipes, and professional precision by including the many cultures and cuisines around the globe. We envision a world in which sinful snacking lacks sinful ingredients. We will achieve that vision by building our recipe book, raising dough the natural way, and keeping our bakery accessible.
